Forthill Primary is a non-denominational school serving pupils in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Set in pleasant grounds the building offers generous accommodation and the interior is a bright, spacious and stimulating environment. The school roll stands at 527 pupils organised into 18 classes. There is a Nursery Class within the school which offers up to 80 part-time places.

The building was recently extended and refurbished. In addition to the bright classrooms there is a well stocked library, a computer suite, Assembly Hall, Dining Hall, 2 well equipped Gym Halls and other offices. There is a separate facility, run by Forthill Out of School Club, which offers a childcare service for Forthill pupils.

Forthill Primary School staff consists of the HT, two DHTs, 18 Class Teachers, 1 Nursery Teacher, 2 Support for Learning Teachers, 2 RCT Teachers, 3 Classroom Assistants, 3 Early Years Practitioners, 3 Additional Support Needs Assistants, 2 Auxiliaries, 2 Lunchtime Supervisors, 2 Clerical Assistants and a team of Facilities Assistants.
